Studies show that money spent on travel makes you happier

This really is a fact that everyone should learn and take to heart. Studies show that people are happier when they spend their money on experiencing new things, travelling to new places and creating new and lasting memories with friends and family compared to buying material items. Multiple research projects, including one from San Francisco State University, all came to the same conclusion. In general, people feel that money spent on experiences and creating lasting memories is better spent then on the cheap (sometimes not so cheap) thrill of purchasing something new. That feeling always fades quickly while the joy and memories of experiences from all of your adventures will last you a lifetime.
