The National Academy of Science recently did a study that revealed the Spanish language is the happiest language in the world. They found that all human languages have a universal pull towards positivity, but Spanish ranked the highest by a fair margin. While no languages tended towards negativity, Chinese did end up as the most “balanced”, meaning it does not really tend towards positivity or negativity, and is simply in the middle. Portuguese was ranked the second happiest language.
