While you have probably never heard this term before, you may actually live in a “donut town”. A donut town is a town that is completely surrounded by other towns, making it the hole in the center of the donut. As the Earth’s population continues to grow, these types of towns are becoming more and more popular, with many towns starting off as regular towns, surrounded by nature, and eventually becoming donut towns.
