There is a Hall of Fame for fictitious athletes

In 2014, a new hall of fame was created: the Ficticious Athlete Hall of Fame. Rocky Balboa, the star of the incredibly popular rocky series, was the inaugural athlete. Since then, ficticious athletes such as Crash Davis from Bull Durham, Bobby Boucher from The Waterboy, and Forrest Gump from Forrest Gump have all been enshrined. There are 3 different categories at the Hall of Fame: "Athlete", where the character was an athlete, "Athletic contributor", where the character was a coach or otherwise an aid, such as Mr. Miyagi in The Karate Kid, and "Veteran", where the character was in a sports-related movie made before 1970.
