Joe Gibbs is the only football coach in the history of the National Football League to win 3 different championships with 3 different quarterbacks. Most coaches find one winning QB and stick with them. Gibb won Super Bowl XVIII with Joe Theismann, Super Bowl XXII with Doug Williams, and Super Bowl XXVi with Mark Rypien. Gibbs was an outstanding coach, with Washington - the team he spent most of his time coaching - winning 10 or more games 8 different times and only having 1 losing season.
