You are always looking at your nose, your brain just chooses to ignore it

Your eyes always see your nose, it is just that your brain decides to ignore it. Our eyes always have our nose in our vision, if you look down you can see a blurry outline of your nose. That is because it is actually in your field of vision and your brain just decides not to see it. Our body is very good at deciding what information it’s bringing in is it important and what is not. For instance, when we put on a shirt we initially feel the shirt on our skin. As as we wear the shirt over time, even in only a few minutes, we stopped noticing the shirt.
