You try to plug the USB into your laptop but are met with the clash of incompatible surfaces. Angered, you flip the USB and try again. Somehow, against all logic, you are again unsuccessful. You’re not alone out there. More than 50% of people try to plug a USB in the wrong way on their first try, and many are also unsuccessful on their second.
