What can't be turned into Sushi nowadays? In 2017, Tokyo's KitKat Chocolatory shop made 3 types of chocolate bars that were "sushi-inspired" for a limited time. Thankfully they did not actually taste like raw fish. The three flavors were tuna (raspberry), seaweed (pumpkin), and sea urchin (Hokkaido melon with mascarpone cheese). All of them included puffed rice, white chocolate (yum!) and wasabi.
