Cauliflower is white and broccoli is green, right? Not quite. Cauliflower actually comes in many different colors, all of which contain slightly different biochemical makeups and therefore nutritional values. Cauliflower can commonly be found in white, green, yellow, and purple colors. All of the colors have a similar taste and texture, although as it mentioned above these colors do have differing nutritional values. Colored cauliflower, while not as popular as white cauliflower, can be cooked in a variety of different ways. It can be eaten raw, grilled, steamed, or sauteed.
