Wayne Allwine was just the third person to be the voice of Mickey Mouse (including Walt Disney himself). About 10 years after he inherited the role, Russi Taylor became the voice of Minnie Mouse in 1986. Her perfectly high pitched voice won out over more than 150 other actresses to become the love interest of the most famous animated character in the world. They got married in 1991 and were named "Disney Legends" in 2008.
