Queen Elizabeth II is a trained mechanic

Being a member of the royal family and queen of a nation doesn't mean you don't know how to get your hands dirty. Queen Elizabeth II, otherwise known as Second Subaltern Elizabeth Windsor, actually trained as a mechanic and military truck driver in London. As a true badge of honor in leadership and sovereign responsibility, Queen Elizabeth II remains the only female member of the royal family to have ever joined the military as well as the only current living head of state to have served in the second World War. Now that is something to be proud of!
