China owns every panda in the world and rents them out for $1 million a year

Wow, who knew the Chinese government could make millions of dollars off their panda population. The Chinese government owns nearly every panda that is alive on Earth, and they rent them out to various places around the world, oftentimes making upwards of $1 million dollars a year off of each panda. American zoos are common renters of pandas, usually signing 10-year contracts for the adorable animals. Additionally, any baby pandas born while rented out cost an added $400,000.
